Here are five reasons Canadian seniors I know take part in Online Survey panels.
- An opportunity for Evangelism. Really? Yes really! Many surveys have open-ended questions. This allows you to share your faith.
- Keeping an eye on the market. Many surveys show advertising they are thinking about posting soon. If there are enough opinions expressed that share your viewpoint, you might be able to keep unsuitable ads from entering the public sphere.
- Expressing your identity. Most surveys start with a question about your gender identity. Me? I've started choosing "other" and typing in "Child of G-d".
- Sometimes you will be delightfully surprised and get to take part in a survey that gets you thinking about your faith.
- Need. Many Canadian Seniors and their families, sadly need to seek out ways to stretch their funds. Thankfully, many survey companies do reward their survey takers with a choice of gift cards or even entries into cash draws worth thousands of dollars.
