  4. Many people observing Yom Kippur spend the day without electricity and will use 24-hour candles. Israel is dark on Yom Kippur. Most embarrassing thing you might do? Walk into a room and flick on the lights! 
  5. Yom Kippur is not only observed by Jews. All over the world people who love Our Creator with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength spend this appointed day communing with Our Creator in prayer.
