Three Free International eBook Libraries
- Internet Archive-Internet Archive is a non-profit library of millions of free books, movies, software, music, websites, and more. To begin you need to create an account. The internet Archive contains most of the online libraries I have been able to find.
- LibriVox
LibriVox | free public domain audiobooks
Volunteers from around the world read and record public domain texts to create free public domain audiobooks for download from the Librivox website and other digital library hosting sites on the internet. The LibriVox objective is to make all books in the public domain available, for free, in audio format on the internet. LibriVox is closely affiliated with Project Gutenberg where they obtain some of their texts and the Internet Archive that hosts their offerings. If you have ever toyed with the idea of creating an audiobook. Volunteering with Librivox could be a great place to get started! - Zlibrary - At Zlibrary they offer a huge library of books and articles. I was surprised to find fairly new titles when I did a search of its records. Z library has three membership levels. The Guest membership is free and requires no login. This membership gives you 5 daily downloads at up to 1 MBps. When you sign up for a free basic membership you get five more downloads a day for total of 10 downloads. You can also send books to your email and Google drive, get a history of the books you download get personal recommendations and more. If you chose to donate at least one dollar each month, your benefits really increase for 31 days.
